The Birds & Bees range of wines are Natural, innocent and pure, hand-crafted from dry farmed vineyards in the renowned region of South Australia. There is no use of herbicides or pesticides, rather creating a natural environment for birds and bees to survive and thrive, as well as many more of nature’s little critters and creatures. Meticulous attention to detail is taken in the vineyard as it is in the winery, using low intervention, no new oak and are finished with minimal fining and filtration. The wines sing and speak of the purity and pristine vineyards from where the fruit originated. Thank you to the vineyard/winemaking teams for thinking of our home.
