Terroir: Sandy pink granite and pebbles. Hillside with south exposure in the village of Lantignié, Regnié or le Perréon.
Vine Growing: Selection of old vines averaging at 50 years old. Substainably grown grapes and harvested manually.
Winemaking: Traditional fermentation in stainless tank with minimum intervention during winemaking. No added sulphites.
Tasting: Mineral and pure wine on the nose with notes of red berries and flowers. In the palate the pleasure of the gamay is revealed, rich fruity wine with crisp acidity. A well balanced wine.
