Vine Growing: Grapes grown sustainably. Treatment on the vine only when required. In the process of becoming organic.
Winemaking: Partially destemmed, fermentated and aged in a stainless steel tank for 1 years.
Tasting: Nose is of a ripe forest fruit, enhanced by spicy hints. The mouth is fleshy with silky tannins.
