Made with Tempranillo showcasing aromas of wild starwberries and dark fleshed plums, there’s a light baking spice quality with dusty clove and vanilla suggestions. The biggest impact comes on the palate with a mix of plum and tart cherry flavours, some black berries then baking spices. Tannins are abundant, finely textured and enhanced by the acid line. Moderately weighted, balanced and ready to drink with moderately rich protein dishes with lots of tomato. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2026.
