The Awatere Valley is well-known for producing Sauv with tropical aromatics, such as grilled pineapple and dry herbs, and for delivering wine with beautiful texture and age ability. The two blocks selected for this wine combine to produce a wonderfully aromatic and delicate Sauvignon Blanc that is classically Awatere in character.
