We, along with many others, believe the Waipara Valley to be a very special place for Riesling.
This is a medium style wine - we leave the fruit on the vine longer to develop concentration and a small amount of late harvest character (5% botrytis). This honeycomb flavour is beautifully balanced with fresh citrus characters.
