Yip-ya Rosé! Wildsong Rosé was harvested and pressed straight away to achieve a light yet intense colour. Aged on lees for a few months to increase the palate richness and balance.
Fresh strawberries, rock melon and sherbet with hints of cherry blossom. Once it hits the palate, there’s a load of red fruit and candied apples, finishing with a mineral drive and a long, slightly spicy, finish. AND it’s pretty as can be!
