Langhorne Creek has long been regarded as one of South Australia's best and most consistent wine producing regions. Selected Shiraz from low yielding Langhorne Creek vineyards was vinified using a combination of fermentation styles and seasoned American oak to build complexity and structure. The wine has lifted aromas of dark berries and spice, with a rich, full-flavoured palate of ripe plum, blueberry and vanilla. Finishing with soft tannins and excellent length, it tastes great now and will reward patient cellaring
