Ricard was born in sunny Marseille back in 1932. This liqueur has an anise smell with a fine liquorice note. To reveal the delicacy of the anise, the fresh taste of the liquorice and the subtle province herbs, try 5 parts of water to 1 part of Ricard plus a few ice cubes.
