Lavish layers of ripe red fruits, delivering everything you expect from a richly flavoured Californian Cabernet. Figs, raisons, fine tea, vanilla and toasty oak all add to its lavish charm. The soft, silky tannins provide a fine structure, taming the opulence, just a hint. Drinking perfectly now through 2027, serve with BBQed or char-grilled meats. The recommended serving temperature is 15-17 degrees.
