Established in 1829 by Jacques Bollinger and Paul Renaudin, the House of Bollinger has a reputation for producing premium Champagnes with body, depth and power. Still family managed, Bollinger's luxurious range of Pinot-Noir dominated vintage labels and Special Cuvees are fermented in oak barrels, making the Champagne well-suited to ageing in the cellar. Delicious toasty little number that deserves to be celebrated for its merits rather than as the chosen tipple of unfunny BBC sitcom characters.
